Alexander Building Construction Co. requests proposals for the UP-FY 18-23 Capital Systems Renewal Program - Electrical Construction 2B for The Pennsylvania State University. The scope of work consists of a phased replacement of the electrical switchgear serving the Agricultural Sciences and Industries Building on PSU's University Park Campus. The anticipated bid due date is 1.19.23, and the estimated Construction start is Summer 2024 for the following trade packages:

Pre-bid Note:
A recommended in-person combined site visit and Prebid conference will be scheduled for 2023. Please reference the project manual for more details.
Prequalification:

All Trade Contractors interested in the upcoming Capital System Renewal Program Projects must be PSU prequalified before the bidding due date. To obtain prequalification documents (see attachments below), contact Tina Petrie, tina.petrie@butz.com , at Alexander Building Construction Co, referencing the PSU Capital Systems Renewal Program. Prequalification documents shall be submitted directly to Tina Petrie, tina.petrie@butz.com , at Alexander Building Construction Co. All prequalification documents need to be completed and returned by November 30, 2022. Any prequalifications sent after November 30, 2022, will not be accepted. Any proposals from bidders who are not prequalified at the bid time will not be accepted.

If any Trade Contractor is already PSU Prequalified, please still contact Tina, and let her know your status so she can update your information as needed.
