The project will re-roof the existing Franco Building at Penn State Berks. The new roof is an EPDM assembly. Fall protection will be added to the roof as part of the project scope. The project is DGS. Contractors must be PSU prequalified in roofing. Abatement will be contacted directly by the University.
Roofers must be PSU prequalified.
