Parks Janitorial Services

The City of Grapevine, Texas (hereinafter referred to as the City) is seeking Proposals in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified and experienced janitorial service firms to perform services at various parks, medians, right-of-ways, facilities, open spaces, and athletic complexes within the City of Grapevine as described in the following bid specifications. The contract will be awarded to the bid providing the best overall proposal score to the City of Grapevine as determined by the evaluation criteria as stated herein.

The City reserves the right to execute or not execute, as applicable, a contract with the successful proposer(s), where it is determined to be in the City's best interests. The City does not represent that any award will be made. The award(s) made under this bid will be a Performance Based Contract(s) and the bid and resulting contract included methods and techniques to describe the measurable outcomes rather than direct performance processes, methods, and procedures. This enables Contractor to deliver the required services by following its own best practices.
