GENERAL ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING SERVICES

CAMPBELL COUNTY AND CAMPBELL COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS

DESCRIPTION

The intent of this Request for Proposal is to establish a contract with one or more qualified architectural/engineer firms that can provide complete technical services for various projects as indicated in the Scope of Services, needed by the Campbell County Administration and Campbell County Public Schools, hereinafter referred to jointly or separately as the County. No minimum or maximum total contract amount is specified. Individual projects shall not exceed $150,000 in fee. The sum of all projects per contract year shall not exceed $750,000.00 even though in the Code of Virginia§ 2.2-4303.1 a larger sum is permitted.

Prior to initiation of each project, a scope of work and cost will be identified and negotiated by the County and the successful firm. The agreed-upon cost for each project and scope of work will include all professional charges and reimbursables. The County reserves the right to request a detailed breakdown of the total project cost. Individual purchase orders will be issued for each project. The County and Schools reserve the right at any time to bid or request proposals from other parties on any project.
