RFP #HSA008 - BRINGING FAMILIES HOME SERVICES

The San Joaquin County Human Services Agency (HSA) is soliciting proposals from organizations that can demonstrate the capacity to provide Bringing Families Home (BFH) Services for HSA’s Children’s Services Bureau as described in the attached RFP. HSA plans to enter into a fifteen-month agreement with the successful proposer(s), with an option to extend for up to two (2) years based on satisfactory performance. All parties interested in submitting a proposal MUST attend a mandatory Proposer’s Teleconference on: Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at 9:00 AM via Microsoft Teams. RSVP to HSA-Contracts@sjgov.org by 5:00 PM Friday, November 4, 2022, to receive meeting credentials. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing via email by Monday, October 31, 2022.
