REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 50165
AIRPORT GUEST SURVEYS, RESEARCH, AND FIELDWORK SERVICES
The City and County of San Francisco, by and through the San Francisco Airport Commission, seeks
experienced firms/teams to create and execute a guest research strategy, conduct associated fieldwork
services including those associated with Airport Council International’s Airport Service Quality (ASQ)
product per the established methodology, and create and host focus group activity. Firms/Teams that
meet the minimum qualifications set forth in the RFP are encouraged to submit proposals.

Deadline for Written Questions:
4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on September 28, 2018
Proposals Due:
