CITY OF PINE BLUFF
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
PB CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS
The City of Pine Bluff, Arkansas will receive Bids until on 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 20, 2022, at City Clerk, 200 East 8th Avenue, City Hall, Room 202, Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71601 from qualifying Contractors to perform work necessary for the renovation of a vacant theater in the old Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Public Library into a new City Council Chamber. A Prebid meeting will be held onsite Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 3:00 pm. All bids must be received in a sealed envelope. Bids received after specified opening time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Prime bidders must be bonded and licensed according to Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board.
Drawings and project specifications may be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics, 900 West Seventh St., Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, ( https://www.sriplanroom.com ). Documents are available in both electronic and hard copies. Interested parties are responsible for payment for any physical or electronic sets. Southern Reprographics will maintain the Official Bidders List.
The City of Pine Bluff reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities or formalities in bid responses.
