Videography Services

The State University of New York (SUNY) wishes to procure expert videography services in support of its regional enrollment campaign during the 2022-2023 academic year. The selected vendor will record videos promoting the State University of New York for use in media outlets including television, internet, and social media, and tailored to the campaign’s target markets and/or strategic initiatives. SUNY intends to make this award under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a). Project specifications are attached to this advertisement. There is no RFP or IFB. A sealed bid opening will not be held. Inquiries are to be made by email only and only to the designated contacts identified in this advertisement. SUNY will make no reimbursement for travel or travel-related expenses. Proposals will be accepted by email only. Submit proposals to contract.unit@suny.edu . Inquiries, however, should be emailed to the designated contacts identified in this advertisement. Hard copy proposals will not be accepted. The University reserves the right to make no award.
