Description: The Flexible Technical Assistance (FlexTech) Program supports New York State Commercial, Industrial and Multifamily customers who pay into the Systems Benefit Charge by providing a cost-share for credible, objective technical assistance services. These services encompass a wide range of activities to help customers make informed clean energy investment and sustainability decisions. Customers faced with unprecedented new challenges, opportunities and technological change can use FlexTech to pinpoint which clean energy investments are right for them.

Flexible Technical Assistance study applicants must be electric SBC-paying customers utilizing third-party engineering firms, energy service providers, or other entities to perform technical assistance. Applications are accepted until funds are exhausted or December 31, 2025, whichever comes first.
