Cooperative Advertising and Training for Clean Energy Providers

Description of goods to services to be bid:

Cost share of cooperative advertisement and training of up to 80% in an effort to support clean heating and cooling efforts during the COVID-19 crisis. Cost share covers up to $50,000 per year, per contractor for marketing and training efforts until December 31st, 2020. This program is an extension of PON 3694 which currently covers 50%.

Eligibility/Qualifications Requirements/Preferences:

Must participate in one of the following programs or be applicable: NYSERDA’s Clean Heating and Cooling Communities, manufacturers and distributors of eligible HVAC Equipment, entities offering performance-based financing in partnership with a utility company and an approved Clean Energy contractor, and NYSERDA’s Pay for Performance, Comfort Home, Residential Energy Audit, and Home Energy Ratings Contractors.
