Request for Proposal to provide Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) Software for Franklin County

The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced offerors for a Commercial Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) software for use by the County of Franklin Tax Services Department. The County of Franklin is interested in procuring application software which can best address the functional and performance requirements as stated in this RFP. The County of Franklin encourages potential CAMA providers to propose systems that can provide for programs specific to Pennsylvania.
