The City of Irving Capital Improvements Program Department invites Civil Engineers, Multi-Disciplinary Firms, and any other qualified professionals to submit qualification proposals to provide professional services for the Design and Engineering of paving improvements at various locations on Rochelle Rd and Valley View Ln in Irving, Texas. This solicitation is broken into two projects:


Project 1:


  • W Rochelle Road from Valley View Lane to Andalusia Street and Avicenna Street


Project 2:


  • Valley View Land From W Northgate Drive to W Walnut Hill Lane

  • Valley View Land From 800' north of Carbon Road to N Beltline Road

  • Valley View Land From N Beltline Road to 700' East of the DART Orange Line


Each project submitted for will have a set of Statement of Qualifications. Please see the specifications for additional details on submittal requirements.

The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specification, an addendum will issued.
