Documents returned in good condition within the time alloted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope(SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided.

The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on the 27th day of October, 2022 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906.

6. West Lafayette Campus – Wade Utility Plant High Energy Piping Replacement - 2022

A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 6 will be held on October 10, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. EDT. The meeting will be held in Room 102 of the Utility Plant Office Facility (UPOF), located at 419 South Grant St., West Lafayette, IN. Parking is very limited around the Wade Facility. Therefore, 2-hour public parking on Grant Street is recommended. Site access will be with the Project Manager following the pre-bid meeting. Please bring /wear appropriate PPE (Hard hats, eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes, slacks).
