Notes	The City of Davenport is proposing rehabilitation at 228 S Hancock Ave. This property will be rehabbed with federal funding and once complete will be sold to a qualifying home owner. The City is requesting General Contractor qualifications, pricing, references, schedule and scope of work summary for the rehabilitation. MANDATORY SITE VISIT - THIS PROPERTY WILL BE OPEN ON JUNE 7th, 2023 FROM 10:00 AM/CT - 12:00 PM/CT. ALL GENERAL CONTRACTORS INTENDING TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR THIS WORK MUST SIGN IN AT THE PROPERTY DURING THIS TIME. THIS WILL BE THE TIME TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND ASSESS THE NECESSARY WORK NEEDED. This will be the only time there will be access to the property. • Review the “RFP Narrative – Instructions – Information – 228 S. Hancock Ave” carefully before submitting your RFP! • If awarded the Contract, a City of Davenport Contractor License will be needed for Contractor and all Sub-Contractors prior to contract signing.
