Answer

This needs to be removed

What do we need to do with the sidewalk?


Answer

The city sidewalk does not need to come out. The driveway to the south and north of the city sidewalk in front of the property, the driveway to the west of the property, the sidewalk from the front of the house to the city sidewalk, the sidewalk from the garage to the house, and the parking slab to the west of the garage all need to come out.

Answer

Grind and leave root ball. Do not disturb neighbor’s yard

Answer

Take trees down as close as possible without damaging the fence

Since there is a contingency line, should I bid the lump sum lower and expect to receive the contingency amount?
Answer You should place your bid to conduct the work to completion. The contingency is only there for any unforeseen costs outside of the specifications.
