FOR CUSTODIAL SERVICES
The City of Prairie Village is Requesting Sealed Qualification Submittals from interested and qualified Custodial Companies. A link to request additional RFQ Information is below .
Prairie Village will review the Qualification Submittals and will select two to three firms, based on the content of their submittal, to interview. The RFQ should fully demonstrate the firm’s ability to provide these custodial services. It should include information about how the firm operates and should include three references from entities that are similar in size and scope to Prairie Village.
For the firms selected for interview there will be a required walk through of all the City facilities that will be included in this contract. After the interviews and walk through firms, that are requested, will submit sealed bids to the City Clerk at a date to be determined.
All submittals shall be submitted in specially marked sealed envelopes addressed to the City Clerk. Submittals received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened.
