Description:

The Attleboro Contributory Retirement Board is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Pension Administration Software Services on behalf of the Attleboro Contributory Retirement System (“System”); comparative judgments of technical factors will be necessary. The Board believes that the firm serving in this capacity must have a broad range of experience with pension and pension asset management software systems.

Proposals will be received no later than 11:30 am on or before April 21, 2021 to:

Attleboro Contributory Retirement Board, Attleboro City Hall, 77 Park St, Attleboro MA 02703. Proposals & price proposals must be plainly marked in separate sealed envelopes.

All proposals must remain in effect for forty-five (45) days Saturdays, Sundays & Legal Holidays excluded. The Board reserves the right to reject any proposal or portion of a proposal, to waive any informalities in a proposal & to award contract as shall be deemed in the best interest of the Board. Award of contract may be subject to the availability of funding.

Special Requirements:

The firm serving in this capacity must also have experience in M.G.L. c. 32, and be very familiar with PERAC, the Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission in Massachusetts, and its guidelines. The firm serving in this capacity must have working knowledge of the appropriate portions of the Code of Massachusetts Regulations related to the various provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 32 §23B and be prepared to comply with §23B
