On February 8, 2023 The Town of Nantucket, through Town Administration, invited qualified bidders to submit sealed bids Bid for Town Building Renovations to three Town owned buildings in the downtown area of Nantucket. The buildings to be renovated are located at 16 Broad Street (Town Hall), 20 South Water Street (Sheriff’s Office), and East Chestnut Street / 20 South Water Street (Former Health Clinic), Nantucket, Massachusetts 02554.
Please be advised that the Historical status of the Town owned building, requires that the entirety of the plans and drawing prepared for this project to be approved by the Historical District Commission before its publication.
Therefore the Town of Nantucket is postponing the invitation for bid for this project until further notice. A new advertisement in the Central Register, Inquirer and COMMBUYS will be posted once a new Publication date and Bidding schedule has been determined for this IFB.
