Notes
The focus of this Wellbeing Program Administrator RFP is to solicit proposals to serve as the wellbeing program platform for the University of Minnesota's Employee Wellbeing Program.

A contract will be established between the successful bidder and the Regents of the University of Minnesota, and will incorporate, by reference, the RFP process, including the Respondent's response to the RFP, and finalist interviews.

It is the University's intent to interact with the wellbeing platform administrator in a strong, collaborative relationship, working to serve all University of Minnesota employees. The University will rely on ideas and suggestions from the successful respondent to improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of the program, both during the implementation period and on an ongoing basis.

The University of Minnesota is looking for a vendor that has a niche in simplification for the user of their platform as well as customization for administering the program. The University will select a wellbeing platform that provides the University the ability to customize content as well as provides research and evidence based education and resources within the following wellbeing dimensions: career, financial, physical, emotional, social, financial, and community.

It is extremely important to the University that the wellbeing vendor shows substantial effort and advancement within diversity, equity, and inclusion. This will be evident not only within their programming, promotions, and communications but also within their internal initiatives and culture.

Before submitting your clarification questions about the RFP via the Questions Tab in MBid, please read and review the Supplier Process and Information Attachment (found in the Attachments Tab), which addresses frequently asked questions; and all Attributes within the Attributes Tab, especially the Background (Attribute 17) and Scope of Work/Project Summary (Attribute 18). Usability Testing.docx (please login to view this document)
In addition to having supplier finalists conduct a system demonstration ("demo") for the RFP team (as part of an overall Zoom-based presentation), the team plans to also have one or more of those finalists then subsequently participate in a more formal usability test in conjunction with the University's User Experience (UX) department. Those suppliers will be REQUIRED to cooperate with the University on that formal usability test (e.g. of their mobile application and/or employee portal, etcetera), as briefly described in this attachment. So this formal usability testing involves the supplier agreeing to collaborate on this process, as part of their RFP response. 15 KB
