271044	RFQ	ONSITE SEALER MACHINE SERVICING 23-939-00	07-Feb-2023	15-FEB-2023 14:00:00	The City of Oakland (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call maintenance, service and repair of sealer machines on site, as requested by the City of Oakland Finance department. The contract term is for a one (1) year period in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00 annually, with an option to extend for one (1) additional year for a total contract amount of $30,000 over the entire contract period. This RFQ is not a promise that the City will spend the estimated amount or any other amount on a potential award. All pricing must be valid for the entirety of the agreed term. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the services described herein. This Request For Quotation (RFQ) and any subsequent award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: (Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents, and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid.
