  • Request for Proposal (RFP): The District is requesting proposals from eligible entities to implement Urban Greening and Vegetative Barriers projects in the Stockton Community boundaries. Both Request for Proposals will each provide a total grant amount of up to $1,000,000 to the selected applicant(s) that can demonstrate the ability to efficiently and effectively implement urban greening projects by working with the community to reduce emissions and to provide several key co-benefits.
