Qualifications:
|
A. The prime contractor and subcontractor shall be a licensed Contractor in the State of Florida and/or registered to conduct business in the State of Florida in all required disciplines with all licenses, permits, and certificates. The prime contractor or its subcontractors must have the necessary lead and asbestos removal and disposal licenses.
The Contractor shall provide project references which will provide evidence of adequate project experience, quality workmanship, and adherence to project schedules. Such projects may be subject to inspection by City of Titusville personnel in the Central Florida area (if permitted). Such project references should be indicated within submittal.

All work and contract items must comply with Federal Code Regulations 2CFR -Part 200 regarding federal grant funding from FEMA.
