Liberty County Parks & Recreation Grass Mowing Contract

Sealed bids will be received by the LIBERTY COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS at 112 NORTH MAIN STREET, SUITE 201, HINESVILLE GEORGIA until 2:00 p.m. local time on March 2 ^nd , 2023, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. Such bids shall be placed in a sealed envelope, marked “LCRD Grass Mowing 2023 &24”. No submitted bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days.

The work to be done consists of mowing and trimming/weed-eating of County-owned parks and recreation facilities located throughout the county.

The Liberty County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities during the bidding process. In addition, the Recreation Department reserves the right to remove any of these parks from the contract at any time.
