the ottery group offers a wide variety of services in archeology, historic preservation, and the environmental sciences and has particularly strong credentials in the implementation of the national environmental policy act (nepa) and the national historic preservation act (nhpa). the firm has considerable experience in preparing environmental assessments (eas) and environmental impact statements (eiss) under nepa as well as section 106 documentation for compliance with nhpa. the firm has extensive experience in natural and cultural resources documentation to meet state and federal requirements. the ottery group staff has completed a broad range of environmental studies throughout the eastern united states and caribbean territories, including environmental baseline studies, eas, and eiss for proposed telecommunications facilities, power plants, transmission lines, pipelines, highways, reservoirs, and commercial and residential developments. these projects have included archeological investigations, historic architectural surveys, ecological studies, wetlands delineations, and other aspects of resource documentation, impact assessment, and environmental planning. the firm also has experience in environmental due diligence for commercial real estate transactions, including phase i esas, phase ii esas, asbestos and lead paint inspections and abatement, environmental remediation, and risk assessment.
Special Equipment
