The Scranton Redevelopment Authority (“SRA”) is seeking qualified homebuilders with the capacity and experience to develop high-quality, new affordable housing on designated parcels in Scranton.
This Request for Information (RFI) is the first step in a two-part process. Respondents determined qualified through the RFI will be eligible to respond to a subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP), which will include a list of available parcels.
