This equipment can get 90 spectra per second at 16 cm^-1 High accuracy wave number measurement. This equipment has the accuracy better than 0.01 cm^-1
Measurements in gas phase and solid phase. This equipment can measure species in gas cell and can easily modify to measure species in solid phase.
