The Purpose and Intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit proposals from qualified Vendors (Vendor) to conduct competitive negotiations to enter a contract with Manassas Park City Schools (MPCS) to furnish all labor and materials to construct a vestibule at Manassas Park High School (MPHS) in accordance with the stated requirements of this ITB (collectively, the Project). MPCS is seeking to construct an entry vestibule at the MPHS to enhance security, control access, and improve the entryway's functionality and climate protection for students, staff, and visitors.
