Pursuant to the City of Asheville's Procurement, Purchasing and Contracting Policy, Bids will be
received by the City of Asheville for the following:
Description of Bid:
The City of Asheville is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced vendors to provide
comprehensive daily cleaning and disinfection services for our Employee Health Services Clinic. As a
medical facility, the highest standards of sanitation and infection control are required to ensure a safe
environment for both patients and staff.

Issuance of BID Tuesday, March 31st,2026
Pre-Proposal Meeting (mandatory) Monday, April 6th@3:45 pm***
Meeting location: **Bidders... after parking, please take a
84 Coxe Ave STE 240 photo of your license plate, bring it into
Asheville, NC 28801 the clinic to get parking validated
Deadline to Submit Questions Thursday, April 9th @4:00PM
Bids Due Thursday, April 16th @4PM
Projected Project Start May 1 May 1, 2026

published addenda and shall be published to the same location. The City will not be responsible

source.
