Project Description: SCOPE: The purpose of this project is to provide technical support for the implementation of Comprehensive Equitable Transit-Oriented Development Plan recommendations for the Bailey BRT Corridor. This scope focuses on implementation activities and includes the following tasks:
• Contract Management
• Technical Assistance
• Training & Education
• Operationalization of Recommendations
• TOD Fund Development
• Finance Legislation Review
The NFTA proposes a robust work plan for the comprehensive ETOD planning effort for the Bailey Corridor. The work plan tasks, outlined in detail below, address impediments to the implementation of ETOD along the Bailey Corridor and identify achievable steps to advance community-supported improvements along the full project corridor, with a focus on station areas surrounding future BRT stops.
