This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under EN578-170432 who qualified under Tier, under the region / metropolitan area, level of expertise and for the following category(ies):
STREAM 1: APPLICATIONS SERVICES for the NCR
A.1 Application/Software Architect - Level 3 - 1 Resource

A.8 System Analyst – SIEM Application - Level 3 - 1 Resource
The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract

Description of the Requirement:
This requirement is to procure the services of three (3) resources on an as and when basis to deploy, configure and support the HSIA IT platform and to provide technical strategies, analyze existing CRA systems, identify common functional, technical and security requirements and implement IT infrastructure as per the specific client, ITB and security requirements.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Bids must be submitted by using the Connect service provided by the Canada Post Corporation. When responding, the proposal MUST be delivered to:

Bids will not be accepted if emailed directly to the contracting authority mentioned herein. This email address must be used to request that CRA open a Connect conversation, as detailed in Standard Instructions 2003. Bidders must not use their own licensing agreement for Connect to initiate a Connect conversation with CRA.
Security:
There are security requirements associated with this requirement. Please note that SA Holders do not need to have the required clearance to submit a bid. Minimum Corporate Security Required: Reliability
Minimum Resource Security Required: Secret
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award date to March 31, 2026 and includes (6) irrevocable one-year options to extend the contract under the same conditions.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the initial contract is 20 days for the ASA resource and 5 days for each of the SA resources.
The estimated contract period will be 6 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/09/17.
