Master Plan for the Parks and Recreation Department

The City of Grapevine is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced firms for preparation of a Parks, Recreation and Open Space Master Plan through a quality-based selection process. The desired deliverable is a comprehensive master plan with an accompanying strategic plan to implement the goals and objectives set forth in the master plan. The plan will involve a review of current conditions, a robust public engagement process and a forecast for future needs to guide the Parks and Recreation Department over the next 5 to 10 years.

There will be no pre-proposal conference.

Public bid openings are suspended at this time due to the Service Center closure at 501 Shady Brook Drive.
