Solicitation Summary
The Prince George’s County Office of Procurement Business Services Division, on behalf of the Department of Corrections (DOC) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a contract for Incarcerated Individual Medical Services.
This solicitation is open to all interested prime offerors and includes an overall 30% supplier utilization requirement: a minimum of 15% County-Based Minority Business Enterprise (CBMBE) Supplier Utilization and a minimum 15% County-Based Business (CBB) or County-Based Small Business (CBSB) participation.

The County reserves the right to award a monthly, firm-fixed price contract for these services to the County. Addendum 1 was added to this solicitation on 4/23/26 which includes closing date change, proposal submission link, 2 clarifications, and the pre-proposal conference presentation/attendee list. Addendum 2 was added to this solicitation on 5/1/26 which includes Offeror Q&A and Closing Date extension from May 4, 2026 at 4PM to May 8, 2026 at 4PM.
