HVAC Service and Maintenance

The City of Hagerstown is seeking contract pricing for air filtration s y ste m s and HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) preventive m aintenance and repair, and on-call hourly repair service as needed, for various buildings/facilities within the City of Hagerstown. Preventive m aintenance and repairs m ay include, but not be li m ited to, pneu m atic control s y ste m s, electronic control s y ste m s, digital control s y ste m s, industrial c h illers, and air handling units.  The successful vendor will be responsible for providing labor, s upervision, m aterials, equip m ent, transportation, service, and the shop facilities necessary to perform high quality work.
