RFP#2026-0814 – Athletic Training Services - Service Agreement

Project Description: Bucks County Community College (BCCC), also referred to as the “College” or “School”, is seeking a fixed firm price for regular, licensed and BOC-certified Athletic Trainer for onsite Athletic Training Services (ATS) for the College’s intercollegiate, club sports, and intramural participants up to an average of thirty (30) hours per week (up to a maximum of 1200 total hours) for the College annually during the term of September 1 through May 30. The number of home games is as follows, but is subject to change without notice. The College is looking for a one-year agreement with the option for a two- or three-year extension.

BCCC will consider proposals only from firms/organizations that have demonstrated the capability and willingness to provide high-quality services in the manner described in this Request for Proposal. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is part of a competitive process that will be undertaken to serve the College’s best interests and provide firms with a fair opportunity for their services to be considered. This process will require representatives of the College to evaluate the firms’ proposals based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, fees, services, and qualifications. The College is not required to accept the proposal offering the lowest price. The final determination will be based on that proposal which, in the opinion of the selection committee, best serves the interest of the College. The College reserves the right to conduct personal interviews of any or all proposers prior to the selection. The College will not be liable for any costs incurred by the proposer in connection with the proposal or interviews.
BCCC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive defects or irregularities.
