Project Description: The City of Dallas is accepting proposals from nonprofit organizations to serve as a subrecipient administrator the Early Childhood and Out-of-School Time Service (ECOSTS) Program - For Children Experiencing Homelessness and Children with Special Educational and Physical Needs (Program or ECOSTS Program). The City seeks a subrecipient(s) (Subrecipient or Applicant) to provide daycare services for children who are experiencing homelessness and with special educational and physical needs (Services). The Program is designed to enable parents to obtain/maintain employment, receive job training and/or continue their education.
