Project Description: Springville City Incorporated (City) is seeking proposals from qualified environmental service contractors to conduct a two-phase project at the Springville Senior Center, located at 65 East 200 South, Springville, UT 84663. The Senior Center, a historic building, contains lead contaminants and potentially other hazardous materials. This RFP outlines a two-phase approach for 1) Site Assessment & Testing and 2) Site Remediation. Proposals should primarily address Phase 1 but may provide preliminary considerations for Phase 2.
