| 95262 | Mental Health Services: Vocational, Residential, Etc. | KRS 313.130(4) requires the Kentucky Board of Dentistry (KBD) to maintain a Well-being Committee to promote the intervention and treatment of licensees affected by illness, alcohol or drug abuse, or as a result of any physical or mental condition. It also authorizes the board to enter into contractual agreements to support the Well-Being Committee in this purpose. To that end, the KBD is seeking a well-being assistance program to provide comprehensive, whole-health solutions to licensees in need. |
