2026 Multimodal Corridor Improvements - Pandora Avenue, Begbie Street, and Shelbourne Street

Project Description: The Owner invites tenders for:
Project A – Pandora, Begbie, Shelbourne Roadworks
The supply of labour, materials, and equipment to construct multi-modal corridor safety improvements, including protected bicycle lanes, raised bike lanes, pavement marking installations and eradication, mill and inlay road rehabilitation, full-depth asphalt replacement, curb and sidewalk modifications, catch basin upgrades, boulevard restoration, and associated signing and traffic management works, on Pandora Avenue, Begbie Street, and Shelbourne Street, totaling approximately 2.5 km in combined corridor length.
Project B – Harris Green Dog Park Plaza
The supply of labour, materials, and equipment to construct plaza amenities at Harris Green Park, comprising curb and sidewalk modifications, storm water management upgrades, and associated utility and landscape feature improvements.
Project C – Harris Green Dog Park Fenced Area (Optional)
The supply of labour, materials, and equipment to construct a fenced off-leash dog park area at Harris Green Park, comprising a gravel pathway, fencing, boulder retaining wall, engineered wood fiber, and utility and landscape feature improvements.
