Google Workspace Education Plus: IFB

Project Description: Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit: Granite School District- Educational Technology
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to enter into a contract to provide: Google Workspace Education Plus- Student and Staff Licenses, as detailed in the attached specification and cost sheet. Bids will only be considered from vendors that are authorized as a Google Workspace for Education Plus reseller.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Term Options:
The District is requesting pricing for a one-year, three-year, and five-year agreement. This would be a multiyear agreement with annual licensing payment.

Questions and Submissions:
All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the Q&A Board within the electronic bidding system prior to the designated deadline. Responses will be posted in the same location. Bidders are responsible for allowing sufficient time to complete and upload all required documentation before the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
