Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Beaver County / Jones & DeMille Engineering, Inc., 1535 South 100 West, Richfield, Utah 84701. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at Contractor Portal (https://contractors.jonesanddemille.com/).
Questions: Questions are due in writing to Parker Vercimak, Project Manager, at parker.v@jonesanddemille.com on or before Thursday, September 10th, 2026 at 4:00 pm.
Submission: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically at parker.v@jonesanddemille.com with a courtesy copy (cc) to commission@beaver.utah.gov, until Monday, September 14th, 2026, at 4:00 pm local time.
Mandatory Pre-bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, September 8th, 2026 at 1:00 pm local time at the Beaver County Commission Chambers located at 105 East Center Street, Beaver, UT 84713.
