ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING SERVICES

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish one or more term contracts through competitive negotiations for the procurement of professional design services (architectural and engineering, planning, interior design, landscape architecture, and construction administration services) for the City of Charlottesville (Owner). The term contract(s) will include project types such as those listed herein. The successful offeror(s) will be required to provide complete design and consulting services for all, or specific types, of the various project types listed.

The City of Charlottesville continues to redefine its goals of public service and support in response to the needs of the community. Often, this change translates into the need to renovate or expand existing
facilities to support new or different uses, to provide new facilities, or to rehabilitate / replace public infrastructure.
