Summary

This solicitation is for demo and disposal of existing vinyl composite tile (VCT) and installation of new premium wood luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring and ½” quarter round in the Broadview building at the Columbus Developmental Center. Suppliers submitting bids need to fill out the item grid and attach an electronic copy of their bid. Origin 326.

Process

The bidder is required to complete the item grid and upload an electronic quote with their bid in OhioBuys. If bid pricing is based on an active State DAS contract, the DAS contract number and the corresponding product codes for the goods/services being quoted must be listed on the bid.

The quote must indicate the total cost for the demo/disposal of existing flooring and the installation of the new flooring to include the cost of all materials, labor, dumpster rental, and furniture moving as needed.

Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 30 days.

Bids will be evaluated, and the contract for services will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the agency.
