26-225 Fleet Asset Maintenance and Repair Services

Introduction: This request for proposal sets forth Augusta¿s requirements for the provision of fleet maintenance services for a period of 1 year with an automatic renewal option for four (4) additional one (1) year terms, if mutually agreed upon by both parties. In order to ensure the requirements are met, each proposer must present a proposal that incorporates all terms and conditions set forth in this request. Any exceptions to this proposal must be clearly noted in the proposal. Proposers may elect to offer alternatives that would be beneficial to Augusta. Any alternative must be submitted and identified separately, and the service and cost implications clearly delineate from those submitted in this proposal. Augusta expects the final agreement to be similar to and include all the work elements of the Statement of Work within this Request for Proposal (RFP). Oral presentations may be required by a senior management official of the Contractor who has the ability to fully answer all questions regarding their proposal within thirty days.
