Project Description: Charlotte Water has established an annual sanitary sewer siphon cleaning program to optimize system performance and prevent sanitary sewer overflows. Many of the siphons are difficult to clean and may require specialty cleaning and inspection equipment. The intent of this project is to clean each siphon in the collection system at least once every year.
