FY27 General Pest Control Service at Auburn NGA

Vendor to provide general pest control service for FY27 at the following Army National Guard location:

Fort Charles A. Rollo
1455 Shug Jordan Pkwy.
Auburn, AL.

34,663 SQFT + 7,500 SQFT of Supporting Buildings and Aggregate

Service Period: 10/01/2026 – 09/30/2027

Facilities to be serviced and billed on a quarterly basis.
Facility should be notified of scheduled service dates no later than 2 weeks prior to service.
All 4th quarter services should be completed and invoiced no later than August 16, 2027.
Delivery of services must occur during normal duty hours of 0730-1730 Tuesday - Friday.
Vendor paid in arrears.

General pest service to include: Rodents, crawling insects, flying insects.
General pest service does NOT include termite treatment.
