Project Description: Background
The Township of Lower Merion at 75 East Lancaster Avenue of Ardmore of Pennsylvania invites qualified and experienced Contractors to provide their services to implement the “Belmont Hills Fire Company Selective Gasket Replacement” project as described in this RFP.

Contact Information and Proposal Submission
Sealed proposals shall be submitted online via the Pennbid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). Proposals will be received until 11 am, prevailing time, October 2, 2025, consisting of:
a. Proposal
b. Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder
c. Bidder’s Qualifications
d. Any other Exhibits or documents that may be requested herein
Questions regarding the project scope and site visit requests shall be submitted via the “Messages” feature in PennBid. The last day for receipt of written questions is end of business day of September 23, 2025. Requests for a site visit shall include the following:
a. Company Name
b. Name of Person(s) performing site visit along with their contact information
c. Requested Site Visit Date(s) with Arrival Time(s)
i. Requested date and time are not guaranteed and based upon availability of Fire Company to provide access
d. Township will notify Fire Company of the bidder’s requested site visit. Township will not be present. Bidder shall provide the necessary measures for their review of the site conditions and restore it before leaving (e.g. ladders).
