Sierra Army Depot, located in Herlong, CA, has a requirement for ten (10) workstations. The workstations will need to meet the following requirements (these may be subject to change prior to issuance of actual solicitation)
The Army intends to award one, firm-fixed price contract as a result of a future solicitation. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside and will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.
Procedures in accordance with FAR 13. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 332439 - Tools and Hardware Boxes. The related small business size is standards 600 employees. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.204-7; Contractors are required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quote USING Standard Form (SF) 1449, which all be considered. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing and may be emailed to the Contract Specialist, Mr. Rory Thelen at rory.g.thelen.civ@army.mil.
Questions shall include reference to the RFQ number in the subject line. Questions must be received a minimum of seven (7) business days before the closing date listed in the RFQ. No telephone questions will be accepted. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will only be posted on this website.
