Montgomery County (Ohio) is requesting bids for PP-2025-0065 - Sheriff's Administrative Office Parking Garage Repairs Project . All submittals are due before 1:30 pm on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 .
The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $ 1,074,000.00 .
Repairs to the existing parking garage will include replacement of the existing 107-feet by 99-feet superstructure with a new 5.5-inch cast-in-place post tension (PT)
concrete slab supported by composite steel beams, repairing the underground portion of the structure, replacing the existing electrical and lighting systems and stormwater plumbing.
