The Memphis District USACE has a requirement to deliver groceries to the Motor Vessel Mississippi located at 2915 Riverport Rd Memphis, TN 38109. Vendor is to make sure that all grocery items are kept IAW Tri-State Food Safety Guidelines (TB Med 530) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
