Renovation of the existing Motor Vehicle Storage Building #1 (MVSB1) at the
Clinton, IA facility to house ROWPU (water purification) units. Improvements
include, but are not limited to, building & roof insulation systems, metal liner
panels, unit heaters, and associated building improvements.
